The Stone County School District is proud to announce a partnership between the District and Mississippi Power Company. Beginning in the 2024-2025 school year, students will have the opportunity to participate in the Power and Energy Program located in the new Career and Technical Education (CTE) building. This program will provide energy workforce training to our students and enable them to enter the workforce with a valuable skillset that can be utilized in our community. Mississippi Power Company is providing funds, equipment, and expertise to make this happen. The Stone County School District is very appreciative of Mississippi Power Company’s support and their dedication to the future of Stone County students!
